In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context plainly requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, logging in to an existing Account, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the oks bet Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and oks bet. They are enforceable under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Use of the oks bet Platform is restricted. To be eligible to register an Account and participate in any gaming activity, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law governing casino-style online gaming.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of oks bet or its affiliated gaming providers.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or been subject to a PAGCOR-mandated exclusion order that remains in effect.
• The funds you deposit and use for wagering are not proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, or any transaction prohibited under the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).

To access real-money gaming features on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and pass identity verification (KYC). The following terms apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each Player may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate termination of the Account.
• KYC Documents: oks bet may require you to submit one or more of the following: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID), a proof of address, and/or a selfie verification. Withdrawal requests may be withheld until KYC is completed satisfactorily.
• Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, shared, or otherwise made available to any third party. You may not allow others to access or operate your Account.

oks bet reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to suspend an existing Account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as a recommended security measure.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify oks bet Customer Support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
• Never disclose your login credentials to any third party, including individuals purporting to represent oks bet support staff.

oks bet will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Transactions conducted using valid login credentials are deemed to have been made by the registered Account holder, unless a security breach has been reported to oks bet prior to those transactions occurring.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank online transfer, or supported cryptocurrency, subject to the minimum and maximum deposit limits published on the Platform.
• Deposits made from payment instruments not registered in your name are prohibited. oks bet reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits suspected of originating from third-party payment sources.
• oks bet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees independent of oks bet.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, subject to the withdrawal method's minimum and maximum limits.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal will be processed. oks bet is entitled to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• oks bet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for high-value transactions or where suspicious activity is detected.

oks bet may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, loyalty points, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed the KYC process and hold a verified Account in good standing.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements range from 1× to 40× of the bonus amount, as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any Bonus Funds not played through within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• oks bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or a technical error that has produced unintended results.
• The decision of oks bet on all matters relating to bonuses and promotional eligibility is final and binding.

All games made available on the oks bet Platform are governed by game-specific rules accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to those rules. The following general terms apply to all gaming activity:

• All non-live games use RNG technology that has been independently tested and certified to produce random, unbiased outcomes. RTP percentages for slot games are published and reflect long-term theoretical return.
• Live dealer games are conducted in real time with professional dealers and certified casino equipment. Outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics (cards, dice, roulette wheels) and cannot be manipulated by oks bet or the Player.
• In the event of a disconnection, system error, or software malfunction during a game round, oks bet will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the wager for that round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account.
• Bets placed after the betting window for a game round has closed will not be accepted. Attempting to place bets outside an open betting window will result in the stake being returned without processing.
• oks bet reserves the right to void any bet or withhold any payout where there is evidence of exploitation of a software error, system vulnerability, or collusion between players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oks bet Platform. Engaging in any of the following acts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players or third parties in any game, including live casino tables, to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game outcomes.
• Opening or using multiple Accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, account limits, or any other Platform policy.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods, chargeback schemes, stolen credit cards, or unauthorized use of another person's payment instrument.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or any other activity prohibited under the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward oks bet staff, customer support agents, or live dealers.
• Sharing Account access credentials with or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf.

oks bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. In compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework, oks bet provides the following tools and safeguards, which are available to all registered Players at no cost within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Changes to increase a limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once reached, further wagers will be declined until the period resets.
• Wager Limits: Cap the maximum bet size per individual wager or per session.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after pre-set session durations (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play).
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is restricted and no deposits or wagers can be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months and cannot be lifted by the Player during that period.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and database compilations, is the property of oks bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming enjoyment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, code, or algorithm used in the Platform.
• Use any oks bet trademark, trade name, logo, or service mark without express prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oks bet's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

oks bet shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond oks bet's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, data, or content published on the Platform that does not constitute an official statement of account balance or game result.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by oks bet's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and oks bet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting oks bet Customer Support. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the dispute in accordance with the following procedure:

• PAGCOR Mediation: As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, oks bet is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework. Players may refer unresolved disputes to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR channels published at pagcor.ph.
• Court Jurisdiction: For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR mediation, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Philippines.

oks bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Players via:

• A notice displayed prominently on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect; and/or
• An email notification sent to the address registered with your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the withdrawal of any real-money Balance standing in your Account before the amendment takes effect.
